1. colocar uma régua no chão junto a uma parede (com o zero da régua junto da parede)
2. pôr o pé em cima da régua e, mantendo o calcanhar bem encostado à parede, medir a distância do calcanhar até à ponta do dedo mais comprido.

com o pé no chão medir desde o calcanhar até à altura desejada.
